3.2 Prohibited Items

• Illegal items, drugs, or drug paraphernalia
• Weapons, firearms, ammunition, or explosives
• Stolen goods or items obtained illegally
• Counterfeit products or replicas

All transactions are directly between buyers and sellers. ETZ is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed.

ETZ offers a paid inspection service. Inspections are visual only and may not detect all defects. Inspection fees are non-refundable once completed.

ETZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
